Disclosed is a solenoid coil disk, comprising a winding disk base assembly (3), a first coil (1) and a second coil (2), wherein the winding disk base assembly (3) has a first winding region (A1) and a second winding region (A2), and the winding disk base assembly (3) is provided with magnetic strips (4); and the first coil (1) is wound in the first winding region (A1), and the second coil (2) is wound in the second winding region (A2), wherein projections of the first winding region (A1) and the second winding region (A2) on a horizontal plane are staggered with each other.
