The present method is safe and reliable and allows for pump self-optimized adjustment of balance and stroke, thus optimizing oil well production, enhancing pump system efficiency, allowing seamless integration with oilfield computer networks, remote data delivery and remote control, simplified operation, convenience, economies of manpower and energy, and greater economic efficiency.
