An embodiment of this road construction planning program displays, on a computer, a screen that enables a user to set an influence range for a characteristic of a road in the vicinity of a facility that is set to a specific facility as a reference; and executes processing to display, on a map, information identifying a road segment that is included on the displayed screen in the influence range for the characteristic related to the specific facility and that, depending on whether the road segment belongs to the influence range, is influenced by a selection candidate of a type of road repair work.
