The divalent inactivated vaccines prepared by combined use of the Haemophilus parasuis LC strain and the LZ-20100109 strain are safe and reliable; and not only is a homologous immunity protection for blood serum type 1 and type 5 provided, but heterologous immunity for a certain cross protection for blood serum type 2, type 4, type 10, type 12, type 13, type 14 and type 15 HPS, etc. can also be provided. The combined use of the two has an obvious synergistic effect.
