The present invention relates to a method for controlling a good quality product production temperature, and a control system for performing the same. The system for controlling the good quality product production temperature comprises a good quality product production temperature acquisition and setting unit and a management PC, wherein the good quality product production temperature acquisition and setting unit comprises: a temperature measuring unit for acquiring the temperature of each part of production equipment, which is managed so as to produce good quality products, at every preset cycle; and a control unit for transmitting, to the management PC, the temperature of each part of the production equipment, acquired by the temperature measuring unit, receiving, from the management PC, the good quality product production temperature of the products produced by the production equipment, and autonomously managing the same or setting the same in the temperature measuring unit such that the products produced in the production equipment can be produced under the good quality product production temperature, and the management PC stores the temperature of each part of the production equipment as the good quality product production temperature of the products produced by the production equipment and manages the same, when the temperature, of each part of the production equipment, transmitted from the good quality product production temperature acquisition and setting unit, is the temperature at which defects are minimized, and transmits the stored and managed good quality product production temperature to the good quality product production temperature acquisition and setting unit of the production equipment when the products are produced by the production equipment again.
