S4, after the construction land functional strength measurement and the comprehensive evaluation of the land use characteristics, respectively performing land use identification rate and land use identification accuracy rate determination on a generated land use type division diagram, it being determined that address resolution data-based construction land type rapid identification is complete when two requirements are simultaneously met. In comparison with traditional means of drawing a current land use characteristic analytical diagram via on-site surveying and investigation, the present method significantly reduces time costs and labour costs.
