PURPOSE: An accelerating construction method for sinking and subsiding a dredged soil using a horizontal drain module and a multistage installation before and during a landfill are provided to be able to reclaim more dredged soil in the same place by accelerating the sinking, self weight consolidation, and subsidence of a dredged soil in the drain speed of fast pore water at the time of dumping a dredged soil, and bring in and improve equipments with a dredged soil earthenware at the same time by loading a preloading by the use of a vacuum pressure.;CONSTITUTION: An accelerating construction method for the sinking and subsidence of a dredged soil using a horizontal drain module comprises the following processes. A drain board(3) capable of discharging underground pore water is fixed at regular intervals using a fixing hook(2) in a steel frame(1) or a soft rope.
