PURPOSE: A floating horizontal drain for a dredged soil poor ground is provided to reduce time to be required to the shallow ground cluster formation. CONSTITUTION: A floating horizontal drain for a dredged soil poor ground comprises a floating box(10), a guide plate(20), a drainpipe(30), non-woven fabric(40) and a weight body(50). The guide plate induces the water which is formed on the bottom of bowl and flows in to the bottom side. The drainpipe discharges the water from the bottom of the guide plate.
