A method for simultaneous estimation of a parameter in a control model and a disturbance input to a control object indicated by the control model, characterized in that the disturbance is expressed as a time-series variable value and applied to the control model, and the disturbance and the parameter are simultaneously estimated such that an evaluation function which includes a time-series value of performance data on the control object and a time-series value of simulation result data obtained through a simulation of the control model is maximized or minimized.
