ACELLULAR DTAP JOINT VACCINE AND PREPARATION METHOD THEREFOR

Provided are an acellular diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis joint vaccine and a preparation method therefor. The acellular diphtheria/tetanus/pertussis joint vaccine consists of the following components: pertussis toxin: 5-40 μg; filamentous hemagglutinin: 5-40 μg; pertussis adhesin: 2-10 μg; diphtheria toxoid: 10-25 lf; tetanus toxoid: 4-10 lf; aluminum hydroxide: 1.0-2.0 mg/ml; and, sodium chloride: 7.5-9.5 g/L. The preparation method comprises preparation, combination, and dilution of monovalent vaccine stock solutions.
