The invention relates to a principle for the passage of a three-dimensional caterpillar track through a hollow space. The technical result is the creation of a novel principle for passage through hollow cavities of (practically) unlimited length, which enables passage through intricately bent, thin-walled, variable-diameter, oppositely oriented cavities with minimal damage to the walls thereof, and also for filling cavities between a rod and a cylinder for the protection, lubrication and sealing thereof.
