The present invention relates to ginseng and radish kimchi powder fermented with Lactobacillus plantarum K-1 to have excellent protease activity and a preparing method thereof. The ginseng and radish kimchi powder has the excellent protease activity and a high content of Lactobacillus plantarum K-1 in every one gram of the powder to be suitable for preparing the digestion function improving composition.
