The present invention relates to semi-dry mulberries and a method for preparing the same while maintaining the shape by using far-infrared rays. According to the present invention, the method includes: a first step of drying mulberries by using the far-infrared rays for the first time and separating mulberry juice from the mulberries; a second step of coating the surface of the mulberries with honey by adding and mixing honey with the mulberries after separating the juice; a third step of drying the mulberries coated with honey by using the far-infrared rays for a second time; and a fourth step of drying the mulberries by using the far-infrared rays for a third time after the third step. The present invention can maintain the original shape of the mulberries while enabling the mulberries to be stored for an extended period by using the far-infrared rays and the honey.
