The present invention relates to an antimicrobial adhesive protein fused with an antimicrobial peptide at the end of an adhesive protein having self-adhesiveness. The present invention further relates to an antimicrobial coating composition comprising the antimicrobial adhesive protein, and to an antimicrobial film coated with the antimicrobial coating composition. The antimicrobial adhesive protein and the antimicrobial coating composition comprising the protein of the present invention ensure safety against harmful microorganism by being coated on a surface of items such as liquid crystal protective film for a cell phone, food packaging material, and medical appliances. Especially, the antimicrobial adhesive protein of the present invention consistently maintains antibacterial properties, thereby preventing reduction in antibacterial ability due to elution of antibacterial materials.
