Disclosed is a safety and exposure control system for radiation workers, which can determine if a worker performing a work related to radioactive substances has worn safety equipment on his or her clothes and wrists according to regulations, monitor to start or stop the work, approve to start the work only in a safe status, and convey and control various signals to the worker. According to the present invention, the safety and exposure control system for radiation workers comprises: an exposure quantity measurement unit; a server for communication; a comprehensive control unit; a pocket-type wearing sensor attached to the working clothes to determine if the exposure quantity measurement unit is worn or not; and a wrist watch-type exposure quantity control unit for displaying a natural radiation quantity and an exposure quantity of the area where radiation occurs received from the exposure quantity measuring unit, transmitting the information to the comprehensive control unit, displaying the information of the worker provided from the comprehensive control unit and the details when a dangerous exposure quantity is reached, and operating an alert unit. The comprehensive control unit comprises: a data control unit for generating a safety signal according to wearing of the safety equipment, generating a first danger signal according to no wearing of the safety equipment, and generating a second danger signal according to breaking away from the moving path and being reached of the dangerous exposure quantity; and an alert generating unit for operating the alert unit of the exposure quantity control unit to notify that it is a safe status or a dangerous status.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
