The present invention relates to a transition metal-substituted vanadium dioxide composite coated with inorganic oxide. Provided are a method for manufacturing a transition metal-substituted vanadium dioxide composite coated with inorganic oxide through a process for coating different kinds of inorganic oxides at the same time, and the transition metal-substituted vanadium dioxide composite coated with inorganic oxide manufactured thereby. According to the present invention, the vanadium dioxide with a substituted transition metal whose transition temperature is in an available temperature range for a real life is coated with two kinds of inorganic oxides such as silica, titanium dioxide, etc. at the same time, thereby inhibiting additional oxidation of the vanadium dioxide. Therefore, a film having a stable heat transfer effect, self-cleaning properties, and high visibility can be manufactured. The substituted vanadium dioxide composite selectively blocks or penetrates incident sunlight depending on the external temperature thereof so as to automatically control the internal temperature thereof, thereby enhancing energy efficiency in the air cooling and heating of an indoor space and being applicable for various fields such as a smart glass, heat transfer film, etc.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
