Disclosed is a method to correct electron back scattered diffraction (EBSD) data of interstitial free (IF) steel which has excellent reliability. According to the present invention, the method to correct EBSD data of IF steel comprises: (a) a step of obtaining initial EBSD measurement data (raw data) on IF steel; (b) a step of removing a null point corresponding to an empty space in a crystal grain by changing points among the null point corresponding to an empty space in the crystal grain in the initial EBSD measurement data to a same point as a point having the greatest adjacent points; and (c) a step of changing a point with low reliability to the same point to an adjacent point.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
