Chrome molybdenum steel having excellent hardness and toughness is used as a material for a disk-shaped cutter which treats a hard object such as driftwood and the like, and other materials are not used in an existing biaxial rotatory crushing machine. But, in some cases, it is better to use a cutter made of other materials according to the state of an object. As a means for achieving the subject, provided is a biaxial differential crushing machine for crushing impurities under water, comprising a driving motor; a driving shaft driven by the driving motor; a driven shaft driven by receiving power from rotation of the driving shaft; a ceramic cutter arranged around the driving shaft and the driven shaft; and a casing storing the driving shaft, the driven shaft, and the ceramic cutter, wherein the casing has the same shape to a casing used in a biaxial differential crushing machine comprising a metallic cutter.
