In a conventional biaxial rotary type crusher, chrome molybdenum steel having excellent hardness and toughness, instead of other materials, is used as a material of the disc-shaped cutter in order to handle with hard objects, such as driftwood and the like. However, it is preferable to use a cutter made of other materials in cutting force for the states of to-be-handled objects. In order to solve above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a biaxial differential type crusher for crushing adulteration under water comprising: a driving motor; a driving shaft driven by the driving motor; a driven shaft which is driven by being powered by the rotation of the driving shaft; a ceramic cutter disposed around the drive shaft and the driven shaft; and a casing accommodating the driving shaft, the driven shaft, and the ceramic cutter. The shape of the casing is the same as the shape of a casing used in the biaxial differential crusher provided with the metal cutter.
