The present invention provides a hair treatment composition comprising any one or more compounds selected from the group consisting of maleimide compounds, haloacetyl compounds, and pyridyl disulfide compounds for reducing malodor or improving persistency of permanent waves, and a hair treatment agent comprising the same. Desirably, the hair treatment composition and the hair treatment agent in the present invention can include all of the maleimide compounds, haloacetyl compounds, and pyridyl disulfide compounds and, in the case thereof, enhanced effects in reducing malodor and improving persistency of permanent waves can be obtained.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
