The present invention provides a composition for hair treatment comprising at least one compound selected from the group consisting of a maleimide compound, a haloacetyl compound, and a pyridyl disulfide compound, the composition for reducing perm odor or improving perm lasting power, and a hair treatment agent comprising the same do. Preferably, the composition for hair treatment and the hair treatment agent of the present invention may include all of the maleimide compound, the haloacetyl compound, and the pyridyl disulfide compound, and in this case, it is possible to obtain a more excellent perm odor reduction and perm lasting effect.
