The present invention relates to Tteokgalbi (grilled short rib patties) containing Jangdan soybeans and a method for preparing the same. More specifically, the method for preparing Tteokgalbi containing Jangdan soybeans comprises the following steps of: mincing pork meat and pork fat; adding water, Jangdan soybeans, and seasoning to the minced pork meat and pork fat, and mixing the same; forming raw meat which has been completely mixed; freezing the formed material at -20 to -15°C; and cooling the frozen material after heating the frozen material for 5 to 10 minutes at 140 to 160°C. According to the present invention, isolated soy proteins which are food additives and highly depend on imports can be substituted with Jangdan soybeans which are regional specialties in Korea, thereby improving nutrition and overall flavor of Tteokgalbi and lowering the acidification speed of the Tteokgalbi, and thus increasing storage stability. Moreover, Tteokgalbi is prepared by using Jangdan soybeans which are regional specialties in Gyeonggi Province of Korea to boost the consumption of Jangdan soybeans, thereby having an effect of contributing to local economic development.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
