The present invention relates to a golf club having a structure such that a golfer can easily check the accuracy of ball hitting, and a checking means therefor. The golf club including a head and a shaft comprises a ball hitting portion disposed on the front side of the head. A golf ball hit in the center side of the ball hitting portion travels in a forward direction corresponding to a swing, and a golf ball hit in a position apart from the center side travels in a direction deflected from the forward direction.
