The present invention relates to a method for producing naturally fermented vinegar by using Dendropanax morbifera and pears, which includes the following steps: (a) producing a raw fermentation material by mixing a Dendropanax morbifera extract, pears, and sugar; (b) inoculating the raw fermentation material with yeast; and (c) producing fermented liquid by fermenting the raw fermentation material inoculated with yeast. The naturally fermented vinegar produced by the method of the present invention has not only an effect of suppressing weight gain but also helps promotion of health by increasing an amount of high-density lipoprotein (HDL) cholesterol and reducing amounts of low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol, free fatty acid, and total lipid.
