The present invention relates to a method for producing an acetic acid fermentation composition by using Hippophae rhamnoides, and the acetic acid fermentation composition obtained by the same. The method for producing an acetic acid fermentation composition by using Hippophae rhamnoides includes the following steps: (1) fermenting, into alcohol, a first mixture including grains, a Hippophae rhamnoides leaf extract, koji, modified yeast, and water; and (2) fermenting, into acetic acid, a second mixture including the alcohol fermentation product obtained from the step (1), starter vinegar, and Hippophae rhamnoides juice. The first mixture includes 2 parts by weight of the Hippophae rhamnoides leaf extract with respect to 100 parts by weight of grains. The second mixture includes 6 volume% of Hippophae rhamnoides juice with respect to 100 volume% of the total volume of the second mixture. The method for producing an acetic acid fermentation composition and the acetic acid fermentation composition obtained by the same are provided to enable a user to utilize various active ingredients of Hippophae rhamnoides.
