The present invention relates to a light tube for a photo-bioreactor for photosynthesis autotrophic organisms inserted into the center of the photo-bioreactor, and having a light scattering layer filled with a gas to maximize efficiency of the photo-bioreactor. The present invention is to provide the light tube for photo-bioreactor for photosynthesis autotrophic organisms having increased light efficiency by having a light scattering layer filled with a liquid on the center part of the light tube, which is filled with a gas, and including a light scattering particle contained inside the light tube.
