Disclosed is a toothpaste composition containing pine needle powder, which is intended to eliminate foreign substances and tartar remaining on teeth by rubbing the teeth therewith, instead of grinding the same. To this end, provided is a toothpaste composition containing pine needle powder, which comprises: an abrasive which is the pine needle powder; coconut fatty acids or a surfactant derived from coconut fatty acids, and a solvent. The composition of the present invention minimizes damage on the teeth and is not harmful to a throat and an abdominal wall even if a user swallow the composition, thereby offering sufficient stability to infants, the elderly, and the infirm.
