According to the present invention, a splitting unit with a splitting member inserted into a crushing hole of a bedrock comprises a first body formed lengthwise in a longitudinal direction to be inserted into the crushing hole formed in the bedrock. The first body comprises a first splitting member of which at least one end split into two parts in a longitudinal direction of the first body forming a first and a second splitting unit. A splitting method using the splitting unit with the splitting member inserted to the crushing hole of the bedrock comprises: a step of boring holes including a plurality of crushing holes, which are separated from each other, in the target bedrock; a step of inserting the first splitting member of which at least one end split into the two parts in the longitudinal direction of the first body, forming the first and second splitting units into the crushing hole; and a step of inserting a splitting equipment between the first and second splitting units, firstly splitting the bedrock.
