The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing red ginseng concentrate granules. According to the present invention, the red ginseng concentrate granules are manufactured using only a red ginseng water extract as a raw material in a fluidized bed granulation method, and thus have excellent solubility, anti-madescent properties and fluidity as compared to existing red ginseng water extract powder. Therefore, the method for manufacturing red ginseng concentrate granules and the red ginseng concentrate granules according to the present invention can be usefully utilized in a functional food market using red ginseng as an active ingredient. The method comprises the following steps of: preparing a red ginseng water concentrate by extracting red ginseng with water and concentrating the same; preparing red ginseng water concentrate powder by spray-drying a portion of the red ginseng water concentrate and pulverizing the same into powder; and granulating the red ginseng water concentrate powder by using, as a binder, the remaining red ginseng water concentrate which is not used to prepare red ginseng concentrate powder.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
