Disclosed in the present invention are a new usage of adult stem cells derived from human skin dermis, and a method for detecting vascularization ability of stem cells. The composition containing the human dermal stem/progenitor cells (hereafter, hDSPCs) as an active component has a vascularization ability, thereby reducing or inhibiting skin aging, treating skin wound, or improving blood circulation of the skin by supplying a healthy blood vessel to the skin.
