Disclosed in the present invention is a new usage of adult stem cell culture derived from the human skin dermis. A composition containing culture of adult stem cells (human dermal stem/progenitor cells, hereafter hDSPCs) derived from the human skin dermis as an active component comprises the increased amount of transcriptomes of Wnt genes or Wnt proteins compared with culture of fibroblasts derived from the human skin dermis. Accordingly, the composition accelerates Wnt/-catenin signal transmission, increases propagation or differentiation of skin dermal papilla cells or controls aging, and increases expression or activity of a growth factor and the like, thereby having an effect of preventing hair loss or accelerating hair growth.
