According to the present invention, a method to schedule metering considering communication performance and time information of meters includes: a first process of extracting target meters by using a data concentration unit (DCU), and obtaining current time information of each of the extracted meters; a second process of predicting an available time of each of the meters based on a metering data generation time of the extracted meters; a third process of correcting the available time by applying a transmission consumption time and a transmission delay time of each of the meters according to the size of the metering data and the communication performance of the extracted meters; a fourth process of grouping the extracted meters according to a simultaneous processing number, and correcting the available time of the grouped meters; and a fifth process of writing metering-scheduling, and reading the meters according to the metering-scheduling.
