METHOD OF MANAGING SHIP DESIGN BUDGET BASED ON DRAWING HOURS

The present invention provides a method of managing a ship design budget based on drawing hours. The method comprises: a target design budget calculating step of calculating the entire target design budget and a target design budget for each drawing with regard to a new ship using the entire design hours of a previous standard ship most similar to the new ship and a share of design hours for each drawing, and a design hour compensation coefficient for the entire design hours of the previous standard ship by a management organization server; a design budget execution plan producing step of producing a design budget execution plan for the entire target design budget using the share of the design hours for each drawing of the drawing plan and a drawing schedule after a drawing plan for the new ship is established by the management organization server; and a design budget progress management step of producing a design budget execution result by using a design hour result for each drawing input in real time with regard to the new ship, and comparing the design budget execution result to the design budget execution plan by the management organization server.
