MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE ACTIVE TYPE GINSENG USING AUTOMATIC CONTROLING DEVICE FOR TEMPERATURE AND HUMIDITY

The present invention relates to a method for producing active-type ginsengs, which may be stored for a long time while being refrigerated, cooled, or at room temperature and contains active-type saponin, by using roots of ginsengs such as wild ginseng, wood-cultivated ginseng, cultured ginseng, fresh ginseng, American ginseng, sanchi, or general ginseng. In particular, roots of ginsengs are washed and naturally dried, and a shape thereof is intactly maintained, so ginsengs containing active-type saponin are produced by using an automatic temperature and humidity controlling device which may automatically control temperature and humidity. The produced ginsengs are continuously dried in the automatic temperature and humidity adjusting device at humidity of 40% or less. A ginseng product produced thereby is packed at vacuum by using a shrink-wrapping sheet, and active-type ginsengs packed at vacuum are sterilized through heat treatment at high temperature, so a product may be stored for a long period of time even at room temperature.
