The present invention relates to a ground excavating apparatus having a function of an automatic lifting excavating rod for constructing a continued underground watertight wall, comprising: an auger drive unit, a gear box installed to be positioned below the auger drive unit, a plurality of rotational shafts rotationally installed to protrude from a lower side of the gear box, and a plurality of excavating rods respectively installed to be connected to lower ends of the plurality of rotational shafts, wherein one or more rotational shafts selected from the plurality of rotational shafts include one or more lifting rotational shafts inserted to slide up and down in a slide insertion hole formed at the center of a bearing part rotationally installed in the gear box to receive rotational power from the auger driving unit and installed to rotate together with the bearing part; a vertical extending portion vertically formed upwards at an upper end of the lifting rotational shaft; and a hydraulic device including a cylinder fixed on the upper surface of the gearbox vertically and a piston rod installed to be protracted from or retracted into an upper end of the cylinder and having a front end connected to a fixating edge formed to cover an upper end of the vertical extending portion such that the vertical extending portion can rotate, and formed to lift the lifting rotational shaft at a predetermined interval up and down even in a state that the lifting rotational shaft is rotated.
