The present invention relates to a semiconductive tape for a high voltage wire, a producing method thereof, and a high voltage wire comprising the same. The semiconductive tape for a high voltage wire comprises a complex semiconductor, a lower portion semiconductive layer and an upper portion semiconductive layer. The complex semiconductor comprises: a longitudinal fiber which is extended in the longitudinal direction, and comprises a material having strong tensile strength; a transverse fiber which is extended in the vertical direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction, and forms fabrics by binding the longitudinal fiber; and an inner semiconductive layer which is formed by filling an inner space formed by the longitudinal fiber and the transverse fiber, and drying a liquid emulsion resin composition. The lower portion semiconductive layer is integrally formed with the complex semiconductor, by being attached on a lower side of the complex semiconductor, and is formed by drying the liquid emulsion resin composition. The upper portion semiconductive layer is integrally formed with the complex semiconductor, by being attached on an upper side of the complex semiconductor, and is formed by drying the liquid emulsion resin composition.
