Disclosed are a method and a system for controlling living environment in accordance with user status analysis using a brain biosignal. The method for controlling the living environment in accordance with the user status analysis using a biosignal, proposed in the present invention, includes a step for calculating multiple indices for analyzing the status of a user by collecting a brain wave; a step for analyzing the brainwave of a user which is measured in real-time, based on the indices; and a step for optimizing the living environment in accordance with the user status resulted from the analysis.
