The present invention relates to a system for controlling a solar light intensity-related device using a dye-sensitized solar cell, capable of recognizing an intensity of solar light by using power produced by a dye-sensitized solar cell by using the dye-sensitized solar cell as an optical sensor except for the purpose of solar power generation and applying the recognized intensity of the solar light to the operation of a solar light intensity-related device, thereby obtaining convenience for controlling the solar light intensity-related device. The system for controlling a solar light intensity-related device using a dye-sensitized solar cell includes: the dye-sensitized solar cell generating power through photoelectric transformation of the solar light; an energy storage device storing power produced by the dye-sensitized solar cell; the solar light intensity-related device selectively operating according to whether the power per unit time, produced by the dye-sensitized solar cell exceeds a reference value; and a control unit recognizing whether the power per unit time produced by the dye-sensitized solar cell exceeds the reference value and controlling the operation of the solar light intensity-related device according to an excess of the reference value.
