摘要

Photovoltaic or solar energy systems becomes one of the most promising field in the engineering, and one of the most available green energy source able to substitute the traditional and fossil fuel sources in power production. In order to maintain this system working properly, the solar cell monitoring system is needed and is costly and not efficient some times. in this paper we designed and built a simple monitoring system using Arduino microcontroller and multiple sensor data acquisition able to monitor the solar cell parameter such as produced current, voltage, cell temperature, light intensity and display it in LCD screen .180 data are collected during a period of one month in the engineering faculty building at Al-Hussien Bin Talal University at south of JORDAN. This study show the effectiveness of proposed monitoring system on measuring different parameters, furthermore, it's observed based on experimental data a direct relationship between the light intensity and produced power. Conversely, a reverse relationship between cell temperature and produced power are observed. The maximum power are measured are 30 W.
