The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing Lespedeza cuneata wine and Lespedeza cuneata wine manufactured by the same. The method for manufacturing Lespedeza cuneata wine includes: a first process for preparing alcohol with an alcohol concentration of 35-40% by mixing 30-45% of raw material alcohol with the purity of 80-95% with 55-70 wt% of purified water; a second process for extracting active ingredients by emitting ultrasonic waves to a mixture obtained by impregnating 5-10 wt% of the washed and dried Lespedeza cuneata with 90-95 wt% of the alcohol; a third process for heating a mixture, obtained by diluting 60-75 wt% of the mixture with 25-40 wt% of purified water, at high pressure for distillation; and a fourth process for finishing the Lespedeza cuneata wine by filtering, bottling, and packaging the distilled product. Accordingly, a manufacturing period of the Lespedeza cuneata wine, which lasts 90 days or more for an existing method, can be reduced to 5 days or shorter by extracting the active ingredients of Lespedeza cuneata using ultrasonic waves and activating the active ingredients of Lespedeza cuneata by high pressure and temperature heating.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
