The present invention relates to a wave damping structure for the inside of a moon pool and a drillship having the same, which discharge wave inside a moon pool to the outside of a ship by forming one or more flow damping paths inside the moon pool at a position higher than an operation draft, thereby effectively preventing wave splash.
