The presnet invention relates to diagnosis of HBV infection and a method for screening a new drug candidate material for promoting regeneration of liver by identifying change of liver phospholipid composition and enzyme expression before and after hepatitis B infection. According to the present invention, provided is the measurement method which is very useful for development of a pharmaceutical product for promoting regeneration of liver as HBV infection diagnosis can be conveniently and rapidly performed and the new drug candidate material for promoting regeneration of liver can be conveniently and rapidly screened.
