The present invention relates to a method and an apparatus for collecting by-products from a red snow crab, in which the by-products of broth, steaming liquid, and internal organs formed when the red snow crab is processed can be hygienically collected and used as versatile food additives. According to the present invention, the method for collecting the by-products includes: a step (S100) of washing the red snow crab; a step (S200) of stripping the shell from the red snow crab; a step (S210) of separating the internal organs and juice from the shell in the stripe step (S200); a strep (S230) of recovering steaming liquid using the separated internal organs in the separating step (S210); a step (S240) of recovering concentrated juicy using the juicy obtained in the separating step (S210); a step (S300) of separating a body and legs from the crab having no shell in the step (S200); a step (S400) of steaming the body and the legs of the crab in the step (S300); a step (S500) of cooling the body and the legs of the crab subject to the steaming step (S400); and a step (S600) of extracting crab meat from the body and the legs of the crab.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
