A device for measuring the concentration of hemoglobin, according to an embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a standard light source part which emits a standard beam for generating a first scattering pattern; a photothermal light source part which emits a photothermal beam for generating a photothermal effect; a cuvette part which receives a collected blood specimen therein; an image acquiring part to which a signal of the first scattering pattern formed after the standard beam emitted from the standard light source part is sent to the cuvette part and a signal of a second scattering pattern formed by receiving the photothermal effect after the photothermal beam emitted from the photothermal light source part is sent to the cuvette part are recorded; and a concentration calculation part which is electrically connected to the image acquiring part and calculates the concentration of hemoglobin by measuring the phase change of the second scattering pattern graphed from the graphed first scattering pattern.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
