The present invention provides an asset management method, capable of minimizing asset management costs, reducing a work burden of an asset manager, pushing on a service cost or an execution date, and taking action on deficiency of service execution on the spot in a convenient and accurate manner. An asset management relay server can comprise a database and a server control unit. The database can match and store a service company and a service. When the server control unit receives a service company inquiry for a predetermined service from a client terminal, the server control unit can search the database and transmit a service company list. When the server control unit receives a service request including the service company from the client terminal, the server control unit can transmit the service request to a corresponding company terminal. When the server control unit receives a service acceptance, the server control unit can transmit a first-arrival service acceptance to the client terminal.
