An embodiment of the present invention relates to an evaluation method of stress corrosion cracking sensitivity on a nickel-based alloy which can evaluate stress corrosion cracking sensitivity of a nickel-based alloy by using a microstructure analysis and a statistical technique. To this end, an embodiment of the present invention provides the evaluation method of stress corrosion cracking sensitivity on a nickel-based alloy which comprises: a first step of preprocessing a sample to observe a microstructure of a nickel-based material; a second step of observing a crystal grain of the preprocessed sample, and analyzing a shape of the crystal grain; a third step of observing a crystal grain-based carbide of the preprocessed sample, and analyzing distribution of the carbide; and a fourth step of evaluating sensitivity on stress corrosion cracking of the nickel-based material based on analysis results of the second and third steps.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
