The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a label including an authenticity code for a product, the label made by the method, a product including the label, and a method of managing the label which enable authentic and normal distribution and possession of a product through a network along a distribution path from a manufacturing phase to a final retail business phase, such that forgery and fabrication are fundamentally reduced, and normal transaction of normal products are guaranteed. The method of manufacturing a label including an authenticity code for a product is characterized in comprising: (1) a configuration step for configuring a code operation system by interconnecting a client for a subscriber for transmitting and receiving information for generating the code and transmitting and receiving the code with a code operation server, which includes an application program for generating an authenticity code for a product, a processor for executing the application program, a storage means for storing an operating system for activating the processor and the application program, and a database including the authenticity code generated by the application program and data related to the code, through a communication network; (2) an authentication step for authenticating the client by registering the client in the code operation server by using the code operation system which is configured in the configuration step; and (3) a label manufacturing step for manufacturing the label including the authenticity code by receiving the authenticity code from the code operation system through the client authenticated in the authentication step and enabling the authenticity code to be represented on the label through a label maker.
