Disclosed in the present invention are a method for increasing plant productivity, a method for enhancing plant stress tolerance, and a method for delaying plant senescence using ORE7 genes separated from Arabidopsis thaliana. A method for manufacturing a plant having properties of increasing productivity comprises the following steps: (a) inserting genes coding an amino acid sequence of sequence no. 2 into an expression vector to be operably liked to a control sequence expressing the same; (b) transforming a plant with the expression vector; and (c) selecting a plant having properties of increasing productivity.
