The present invention relates to a specification analyzing system for producing a LIDAR sensor to save time and cost, and a method for optimizing a sensor specification using the same. The system includes a specification analysis part which analyzes a specification defined for the LIDAR based on a camera modeling and extracts a design specification closed to the defined sensor specification; an optimization specification calculation part which re-calculates an optimal sensor specification based on the design specification extracted from the specification analysis part; and a final calculation part which finally extracts the design specification for minimizing an error between the defined sensor specification and the optimal sensor specification calculated by the optimization specification calculation part.
