The present invention relates to a Bacillus subtilis strain having high productivity of vitamin K2 and a method for producing fast-fermented bean paste using the same. The Bacillus subtilis strain has high vitamin K2 synthesis ability in comparison with a conventional known strain, fast-fermented bean paste produced by optimal conditions of the present invention using the strain contains a large amount of vitamin K2 in comparison with a conventional fermented food, thereby a food for preventing and alleviating osteoporosis can be helpfully used.
